मूर्धानं दिवो अरतिं पर्थिव्या वैश्वानरं रत आ जातमग्निम |
कविं सम्राजमतिथिं जनानामासन्ना पात्रं जनयन्त देवाः

English:- . Him, messenger of earth and head of heaven, Agni Vaiśvānara, born in holy Order,
The Sage, the King, the guest of men, a vessel fit for their mouths, the Gods have generated.

नाभिं यज्ञानां सदनं रयीणां महामाहावमभिसं नवन्त |
वैश्वानरं रथ्यमध्वराणां यज्ञस्य केतुं जनयन्त देवाः
English:- Him have they praised, mid-point of sacrifices, great cistern of libations, seat of riches.

तवद विप्रो जायते वाज्यग्ने तवद वीरासो अभिमातिषाहः |

English:- From thee, O Agni, springs the mighty singer, from thee come heroes who subdue the foeman.

तवां विश्वे अम्र्त जायमानं शिशुं न देवा अभि सं नवन्ते |

English:- To thee, Immortal! when to life thou springest, all the Gods sing for joy as to their infant.

वैश्वानर तव तानि वरतानि महान्यग्ने नकिरा दधर्ष |
यज्जायमानः पित्रोरुपस्थे.अविन्दः केतुं वयुनेष्वह्नाम
English:- Agni Vaiśvānara, no one hath ever resisted these thy mighty ordinances,

English:- The summits of the heaven are traversed through and through by the Immortal's light, Vaiśvānara's brilliancy.

English:- Vaiśvānara, who measured out the realms of air, Sage very wise who made the lucid spheres of heaven,
