मरुतो यस्य हि कषये पाथा दिवो विमहसः |
स सुगोपातमो जनः

English:- . THE best of guardians hath that man within whose dwelling place ye drink,
O Maruts, giants of the sky.

यज्ञैर्वा यज्ञवाहसो विप्रस्य वा मतीनाम |
मरुतः शर्णुता हवम
English:- Honoured with sacrifice or with the worship of the sages' hymns,
O Maruts, listen to the call.

उत वा यस्य वाजिनो.अनु विप्रमतक्षत |
स गन्ता गोमतिव्रजे
English:- Yea, the strong man to whom ye have vouchsafed to give a sage, shall move

अस्य वीरस्य बर्हिषि सुतः सोमो दिविष्टिषु |
उक्थं मदश्च शस्यते
English:- Upon this hero's sacred grass Soma is poured in daily rites:

English:- Let the strong Maruts hear him, him surpassing all men: strength be his

English:- For, through the swift Gods' loving help, in many an autumn, Maruts, we

English:- Fortunate shall that mortal be, O Maruts most adorable,

English:- O Heroes truly strong, ye know the toil of him who sings your praise,

विध्यता विद्युता रक्षः
English:- O ye of true strength, make this thing manifest by your greatness: strike
